17 weeks... AND WE'RE HAVING A BOY!!!

Yesterday I completed my 17th week and today we found out that we are having a healthy little boy!!! The ultrasound (that we had with Dr. Robinson at NWH, a high-risk OB, as standard precautionary measure with little Ricky's rare birth defect) went well and all looks great. I go back in 3 weeks for a follow up ultrasound to make sure the heart continues to look good.

Last week we also got the QUAD screen test results back (checks for Down Syndrome, Trisomy 18, etc.) and they were negative (which is good!)... such a relief!

I've been feeling great and can't wait to feel our little boy moving inside!!!
